I am not a big supplement/vitamin taker-- but I am going to put this in my emergency backpack. It will be small and light and a nice addition to my kit. If there was a natural disaster or state emergency it might be hard to get fresh produce- especially if the water supply was contaminated. This would provide us with needed nutrients.
