To Buy Or Not To Buy...Organic?

Here is a list compiled by the Environmental Working Group regarding which produce you should definitely buy organic and those that you can eat non-organic with minimum exposure to pesticides.

Although they list onions on the 'clean' list I have found the organic onions taste much better than non.

They also add this disclaimer about the corn:

"Commodity crop corn used for animal feed and biofuels is almost all produced with genetically modified (GMO) seeds, as is some sweet corn sold for human consumption. Since GMO sweet corn is not labeled as such in US stores, EWG advises those who have concerns about GMOs to buy organic sweet corn."
