Saving Money through Ebates

Ebates is a great way to save money shopping online.
Every time I make an online purchase I check Ebates before checking out to see if they have any deals or codes for me. Most of the time I can get some cash back, free shipping, or a percentage off my purchase. The money collects in an account and I get nice checks delivered to my door. It's basically free money.

When I bought my Kitchen Aid I ended up getting $40 back just by clicking the link through Ebates.
It really works and it's super easy.
You just find your online store, click on the link, go to the store and check out. The savings are automatic. (unless it's a coupon code and then of couse, you must enter your code) You don't need to fill out rebate forms or copy receipts.

Some people put all these extra checks into a special savings for travel or gifts. You can use them to buy the pricier organics that you can't find coupons for to alleviate the cost. Or you can donate them to your favorite green cause!

Saving Money through Ebates

Ebates is an online website that gives you discounts or cash back for other online purchases.

For example, when I bought my freezer through Sears.com, I received 7% back from Ebates.
I got the check automatically in the mail-- there were no extra forms to fill out or receipts to turn in.

Whenever you make an online purchase--- go to Ebates first. See if the store you are shopping at has any special promotions through Ebates--- and then the most important part-- use the Ebates link to send you to the website. Once you use their link to get to the website, they will automatically apply the promotion.

I've made over $100 using them so far this year. It's really added up.

Sign up for Ebates HERE  -- it's my personal referral link, so it will help me out too!

If you have a referral link, please leave it in the comments so others can use yours too.

13% Cash Back on Ebates today

In celebration of their birthday, Ebates is offering 13% back from over 130 online stores today. Combine that with store sales and it adds up to a lot of extra cash in your pocket. If you've been in the market for a higher priced item, today might be a good day to buy. 13% on a blender, kitchen aid, etc can add up to BIG bucks. Check Kohls.com to see if today is a Kohl's Cash day too. That would be an awesome double dip.
