These tend to freeze well, so while I prefer to make my own guac fresh, I do like to have some of these in the freezer for last minute pot lucks and what not. Isn't that weird that I need last minute pot luck items?
It's true though.
I hate going shopping last minute, to run in and just get 1 or 2 things.
Those things are usually what make you go over budget.
And they are wasting my time and gas money.
If I have things in my freezer I can prevent those last minute trips and moments of pot luck panic.
