** Important Update*** They ran out of stock before they were able to fulfill all their orders and so my order was cancelled! I am very bummed. This can happen with a hot deal and a small company. They really have no idea what can happen when the coupon bloggers get ahold of their clearance deals. I guess the lesson is if you are going for clearance from a small company you aren't familiar with, don't get your hopes up.

I did a quick price comparison on Amazon.com and the closed I could find to this deal was $4.04 for the same size package.
I love to make up waffles and stick them in the freezer. Then we pop them in the toaster just like you would an Eggo. They don't seem to last as long in the freezer (I only make what we will use in the next 4-5 days) But it's so much cheaper than buying them premade and the mixes tend to taste better when going with organic. These would also make cute additions to gift baskets. In fact, if my kids' don't like this brand, that's exactly what I will do with them.
My assumption is that they are trying to get rid of inventory and are selling whatever is left. So if you choose to purchase this deal, do it quick, as I expect them to be out of stock soon.
